Snoop Dogg plots a February’s worth of Malice in Wonderland dates, Cobra Starship and 3OH!3 embark on a co-headlining trek that includes a stop at the inaugural Bamboozle Chicago fest and Norwegian new wavers a-ha reveal the first three U.S. dates of their “Ending On A High Note” farewell tour.
